A Desire to Give Back Became a Movement

Founder Trey White, a Chicago Public Schools alumnus diagnosed with a learning disability, discovered his passion for helping young men navigate life after high school.

Since 2017, he's gathered professionals from various careers to host speaker series at over 30 local schools — offering real dialogue beyond the typical "Career Day" format.

"Beyond prom essentials, exposure is one of the most powerful tools we can give young men. When they can see success up close, they begin to believe it's possible for themselves."
